• Look for this paragraph on your organization's web-sites to verify benefit enrollment :
Members of the (name of sponsor) and their employees receive the benefit of the (sponsor's name) enrollment into the Employer Consortium. This housing benefit is used as down payment or closing costs when purchasing a home and equals 3% of a home's purchase price. Borrowers do not execute any agreement for fund repayment or additional lien on the purchase property and should contact the administrator prior to executing a purchase agreement. Complete details for members and their employees can be found at www.EmployerConsortium.com. Administrative assistance is available from Data Research and Handling (DRH). DRH serves as the Consortium's administrator.
